Weeducated #24 & #25 Combined

Episode 24:

This is our third show with our new, one-hour format and is a little closer to home than our live event from last week (after all, it was 4/20 weekend).  But don’t worry it’s based on your feedback and still has all the segments you’ve told us you love. It’s still infotainment!

Current events takes us to Washington where a judge orders the return of a medical marijuana patient’s medicine by authorities. We also talk about both Alaska’s history with marijuana and current efforts to legalize the recreational use. Sadly, it’s not all roses in the movement, as we also discuss the draft floating around the capital that would put Colorado’s legalization measures back on the ballots.

Ever wondered how you can legally fly if you’re a medical marijuana patient? Wonder no more! Attorney Jeff Kaufman’s Law Tip covers what to expect and how to protect your rights.

Steve’s corner brings us more insider, industry news and of course, another patient story to keep us going strong in the fight to legalize it. Little known facts gives us another little history lesson as we continue our cannabis timeline. Tune in to find out how cannabis may have helped to create civilized society as we know it today.

We do a product review for a local bakery (Eat M.E. Bakery) but not for their baked goods. Nope, we reviewed their prickly pear lavender sweet-tea and lemonade. Yes. I said Prickly Pear Lavender Sweet Tea. You know you wanna hear about that. Oh wait! Here’s one more reason to tune in. We’re giving away a brand-new 4:20 Middies Watch by Cadence Watches (check em out here)!! But you’ll have to tune-in to hear how to win!

Episode 25:

This show we talk about positive news, as we cover the upcoming legalization measures in Ohio and Maine. We also celebrate the 19th medical marijuana state, Maryland and discuss some of the fantastic provisions in the law that may change the cannabis movement significantly.

Steve’s corner keeps us in the loop with the industry from the inside and Jeff’s Law tip brings us information on which marijuana extracts are legal and which may not be. He also covers the differences between cannabis and marijuana, in the eyes of the law.

Little known facts continues with our history of cannabis timeline. We learn about the world’s first pharmacopeia and how the Sythians used cannabis. We also have a frank discussion on the controversial bible verses that some argue condone and promote the use of marijuana.

Our product review is brought to you by Sweet Leaf, a local edibles AND topical maker.  This episode is definitely full of information and definitely fun!
